Review the entry requirements for your chosen programme including academic, language, and document criteria.

Submit Application

Create a Student Portal account, complete your application, and upload required transcripts and supporting documents.

Receive Decision

Receive your admissions decision within 4–6 weeks of submitting a complete application package.

Eligibility

Admission Requirements

Undergraduate Requirements

  • Secondary school graduation (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Minimum average of 65–75% (varies by programme)
  • English: IELTS 6.0–6.5 or TOEFL 79–88
  • Math 12 required for Science, Business, and Technology
  • Two academic or professional references
  • Personal statement (500–800 words)

Graduate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (B average) in last 60 credits
  • English: IELTS 6.5–7.0 or TOEFL 88–100
  • Two academic reference letters
  • Statement of purpose (1,000–1,500 words)
  • GMAT/GRE may be required for select programmes

International Students

MUC proudly welcomes students from over 100 countries. As a Designated Learning Institution (DLI), our graduates from most programmes are eligible to apply for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) after graduation. We offer dedicated support services to help international students navigate every step of their journey — from application to graduation and beyond.

Visa & Study Permit

Upon receiving your Letter of Acceptance, our International Office will provide a detailed guide to applying for your Canadian Study Permit. Our advisors can connect you with accredited immigration consultants for one-on-one support.

Guaranteed Entrance Award

Guaranteed at 80%+

Every high school student entering with an 80% or higher average is guaranteed a scholarship at MUC. No separate application required.

Merit Scholarship

Up to CA$12,000/yr

For high-achieving incoming students with an 85%+ academic average. Renewable annually based on continued academic excellence.

International Award

Up to CA$8,000

For outstanding international students joining MUC from outside Canada. Based on academic merit and extracurricular achievement.
