From your first day on campus to graduation day, MUC's student services team supports your academic success, mental health, career development, and wellbeing.

Student Wellness Centre

Licensed counsellors, physician appointments, peer support programs, and wellness workshops at no additional cost to enrolled students. Available Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

Career Connections

Resume workshops, mock interviews, job fairs, employer networking events, and one-on-one career advising. MUC partners with 3,900+ employers across Canada.

Harriet Irving Library

Over 500,000 volumes, 24/7 study rooms, research databases, writing support, and subject librarians. The Science & Engineering Library is co-located with the Faculty of Engineering.

International Student Office

Dedicated support for study permits, cultural transitions, pre-arrival orientation, airport welcome service, immigration advising, and ongoing settlement support throughout your studies.

Accessibility Services

Academic accommodations, assistive technology, note-taking support, and exam accommodations for students with disabilities, chronic illness, or mental health conditions.

IT Support (ITS)

24/7 technical support for student devices, software, and campus network. Free Microsoft Office 365, campus Wi-Fi, computer labs, and printing services across all buildings.

Student Union (SU)

The MUC Student Union represents all undergraduate students, operates student services, and provides student government, advocacy, clubs funding, and social programming.

Residence Life

Resident Advisors (RAs), community programming, conflict resolution, and 24/7 on-call support in all MUC residences. First-year students receive housing priority.

Campus Dining

Multiple dining venues serving international and vegetarian cuisine, sandwiches, salads, snacks, and specialty coffees. Halal-certified options available. Meal plans accepted at all locations.

Athletics & Recreation

Olympic-sized pool, fitness centre, gymnasium, running track, and 20+ varsity and intramural sports teams. Student gym membership included with full-time enrolment.

Finance & Awards Office

Scholarship advising, bursary applications, emergency financial assistance, student account management, and student loan guidance.
