Reds Recreation Fitness Centre
A modern, fully-equipped fitness centre with cardio and strength training zones, free weights, functional training space, and dedicated student hours throughout the day.

Sir Max Aitken Aquatic Centre
A competition-standard pool for lane swimming, aquafit classes, lessons, and varsity training — open to all students as part of campus membership.

Aitken Arena & Field House
Home of the MUC Reds, the arena hosts varsity hockey, basketball, and volleyball, plus open recreation and intramural leagues throughout the season.

Indoor Climbing Wall
A multi-route climbing and bouldering wall with instruction for all levels — one of the most popular spots on campus to build strength and confidence.
